ZLILA DANIELY – JEWELLERY DESIGNER

Welcome to a magical world of creation and jewellery.

I'm Zlila Daniely, and I've been a goldsmith and a jewellery designer for the last 17 years.

I've graduated "Umanit" – a jewellery college, and I've been working accompanied by Ziva Shachal – my professional mentor. I'm working with gold and silver combined with semi precious and precious stones.
All is done with a great love for the metals – silver and gold, as well as a strong appeal to gems with their diverse colors and their connection to nature.

Beside my work as a jewellery designer, I've been doing a television work in National Geographic Channel, and I'm happy to integrate my two loves. No doubt that my work, which is about nature, the animals' world, different people and cultures – is influencing my work as a goldsmith.

I create unique jewellery, all are hand- made, classic and modern. I'm inspired by varied sources: My urban surroundings, the light and strong colors of the Mediterranean region, And by my trips to different places in the world like the Far East , especially India.

As an inspiration source – India is my great love. I'm strongly attracted to this magical country, to its scents, the colors, the spiritual atmosphere and the charming friendly people that I've met there. The sights in the streets, the temples, the wild nature and the complex simplicity – all those have penetrated into my heart.

In my visits to India, I've found the most beautiful and unique gems, which I brought to use in my creations. Sometimes it's a big Aqua Marine, that I've mounted in a gold and silver ring, or Black Amber stones that fit into a pair of earrings, by Carneol mounted in Gold.
